Resellable Items (Unopened)

All unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a refund, less any shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.  All returns must include a signed copy of the Product Return Sheet with an RMA # from Enzymus.  To receive an RMA # please call 1-800-930-9833 or email us your name and request an RMA at sales@enzymus.com.   

All opened items may not be returned under any circumstances.  If you receive a damaged or defective item it must be reported within 5 business days of receipt to exchange.  Items reported after 5 days will not be accepted.

All returns without a completed Product Return Sheet will not be accepted.
