Enzymus Medical reserves the right to only process and ship orders if the following terms and conditions are accepted with a confirmed agreement from the purchaser. The purchaser agrees to adhere to all these company regulations at the time of ordering.

Enzymus Medical assumes no liability for the use of any products supplied. Liability rests with the purchaser to use products under the guidance of a licensed physician.
Enzymus Medical takes no responsibility for confirming the importation requirements and regulations of the purchaser and the purchaser's country of origin. All products are shipped:

At the full risk of the purchaser.
In agreement of holding Enzymus Medical reserved towards any legal action, which might be brought against the purchaser if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws of the destination country.

In the event an order is detained and confiscated by foreign customs, the loss rests completely with the purchaser, unless:

A valid medical prescription was submitted to be sent with shipment
A confiscation notification and a proof of reclaim (forwarded to the Food and Drug Administration institute responsible for the confiscation) is provided to Enzymus.

In this case, the purchaser is entitled to a reshipment of the full order at 50% of the original cost plus shipping and handling.

Enzymus Medical will fully guarantee delivery only if :

A valid medical prescription is submitted to be sent with shipment.
No Prescription needed for sales within the United States
A traceable and recorded method of shipment (Express Shipment) is used.
The purchaser has provided correct shipping information.

Enzymus Medical takes no responsibility for lost orders, wrong deliveries or product damage caused by the Postal Service.
If incorrect shipping information is provided by the purchaser, the order might be misdelivered and/or returned to sender. Enzymus Medical takes no responsibility for order losses caused by this misdelivery.
Enzymus Medical takes no responsibility for Money Order/Cashier Check payments lost in transit from purchaser.
Prices are subjected to change in conjunction with exchange rates/fees and changes in cost prices without further notice.
Availability of products is subjected to change without further notice. If item is out of stock, orders will be shipped only when available. Purchaser is responsible for cancellation due to backorder.
Enzymus Medical takes no responsibility for dispatchment delays caused by delivery problems of manufacturer/supplier, or any other delays caused by a third party. Nor does Enzymus Medical take responsibility for shipment delays caused by holidays or the Postal Service.
In the event wrong products are received, the correct products will be reshipped free of charge, provided the wrong products are returned unopened and in resellable condition.
In the event products arrive damaged due to improper packaging by Enzymus Medical, products will be reshipped free of charge if a claim is made and proof of improper packaging is given.
Returns are accepted only when the product is in its original packaging and accompanied with a product return authorization slip, completed and signed by original purchaser, excluding section (11).
Refunds are given only in the event that the product has been returned unopened within thirty (30) days of purchase in its original packaging and is accompanied with a signed return authorization slip.
Order cancellations after payment has been processed are not accepted after product has been shipped. Refused packages will result in refund of entire purchase price less the shipping charges.

Any charge back, dispute or payment claim that is attempted in contradiction of this Disclaimer is considered fraudulent and gives reason for prosecution. Furthermore any future orders with Enzymus Medical will be refused completely.
